1.   OTHER ORGANIZATIONS:
  • Contact us and learn how to use this project in you organization for continuing education, curriculum, and promoting
    awareness about health disparities.

2.   STATE ASSOCIATIONS:
  • Bring this awareness project to your state association, using this project as a state Committee on Diversity project.
  • Write an article in your state newsletter about the project, website, and online resources available at the website.
  • Borrow this signs, display at a local conference, promote the website, encourage members to go the CME tab and go
    through the four-step module process.
  • Use this project as an outreach tool to connect with other professional organizations working on this issue.

3.   FACULTY:
  • Use the CME tab as a curriculum module for your PA program. Using the three articles, the self-assessment tools,
    introductory text, and post-test all included on the www.stop-disparities.org CME tab, integrate health disparities
    awareness and data into your program’s curriculum.
  • Borrow the three full-size signs, post in classroom or other area, hold informal discussion about project and issue of
    racial health disparities.

4.   STUDENTS:
  • Use Heads Up! as a project for your student diversity project. Share the project with students, have them view the
    website, read about the project, use the CME tab resources.
