| FREE "HEADS UP!" HEALTH DISPARITIES CME FOR AAPA MEMBERS |
The AAPA offers free CME focused on health disparities focsued on health
disparities and the role of unconscious stereotyping by clinicians. The CME
module can be accessed by AAPA members at no charge. Here's how to find it:
1. First, go the AAPA web site and log in.
2. Next, select the CME tab .
3. Once at the CME tab, select Home Study the Home Study option.
4. Then select Health Disparities.
5. Now select Heads Up! Implicit Bias, Unconscious Stereotyping and Racial
Disparities in Care.
6. Now you should be ready to go. Do the readings, take the post-test, and get
your CME! Let us know if you have problems with the module.
